Confirmation Sunday
“Confessing Jesus”

Jesus said, “I tell you, whoever publicly acknowledges Me before others, the Son of Man will also acknowledge before the angels of God” (Luke 12:8). Every day, each of us is called upon to confess Jesus by what we say and what we do. Today we rejoice as five young people publicly acknowledge Jesus, and are confirmed and blessed in their faith. May God bless our confirmands in their confession and bless each of us in the confession of our lives.
