“A Fruitful Branch”

Jesus is the vine and we are the branches. This agricultural metaphor is one that we relate to quite well here in our valley. The only way the branches can be fruitful is to remain connected to the vine. What does it mean to be pruned by the Gardener? What does it mean for us today to be connected to Jesus, the Vine, so that we might bear fruit?
